Appointments
We kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance to ensure your child receives timely and personalized care. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient in need.
Emergencies
Dental emergencies can happen at any time, and we’re here to help. If your child experiences a toothache, dental trauma, or another urgent issue, please call our office immediately. We prioritize emergency situations and will make every effort to see your child as soon as possible.
Fees & Insurance
At Budding Heroes, we aim to make pediatric dental care accessible and transparent. We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to verify coverage and explain your benefits before treatment begins. Any out-of-pocket fees will be discussed in advance, and payment is expected at the time of service.
